Running...one point of view

This is an article that I found intriguing. The writer has some points brought up that, yes may be valid. But I think she forgets that there are more than just the simple one reason she lists to run. (She says you should only run if you love it.). I think her and I will have to agree to disagree on her list. Happy reading!

  1. I'm sure it's good for everyone. But I'm not sure those who don't love it will stick to it.

    Or maybe, if you stick to it, you might learn to love it?

    (I never did, though.) I've always preferred to do my aerobic activity by dancing.)
